Everyone made me laugh ~ unfair to write only one name, ehh?

Editing our historical-thriller novel...(co-writing with a friend)

Hanging the clothes outside to dry.

Can't recall (not case of bad memories, hehe, but too many exciting things happened...)

A'ah, memang pun.

One ~ just for breakfast this morning.

7. What color is your hairbrush?
Black with red tips at the end of the brushes...

8.What was the last thing you paid for?
Multi-vitamins at the pharmacist.

In front of the pc from 7.30 pm till midnight.

Transparent (sliding door). Errks.

In my purse.

Hot, humid with gushes of wind every now and then.

Corn flavour.

Going for a holiday...

No.

Not really unless I have to, like, being interviewed. Hihi.

Sungguh kencang bicara tuan hamba. Adapun hamba berasa teramatlah sukacita. Duduk diri tuan hamba segah segala adapun hulubalang pena. Maka habislah akan mereka itu nanti. Maka hingar bingarlah semuanya belaka. Adapun tuan hambalah yang mengukir jalan sendiri....(from co-writer, see answer no:2)

After lunch tadi laa...

No. Depression would slow down productivity.

Salam kak Norz, seronoknya bila bbrp perkara yg dilakukan n digemari dpt dikongsi di sini.. err.. DS dh tak sabar nk bc nvl purba kak Norz tu.. dah ada tajuk ke?

Utk mummy sofie:

JEM STRAWBERI
2 kg buah strawberi
1.35 kg gula kaster
jus 2 biji lemon

PERALATAN
periuk berdasar berat (heavy-based) yg disapu sedikit mentega
2 buah piring kecil (letak dlm peti pembeku)

1. Buangkan pangkal strawberi, lap dgn kitchen paper yg lembap.
2. Susun selapis di dalam periuk.
3. Taburkan sebahagian gula tadi.
4. Susun selapis strawberi lagi dan taburkan gula. Ulangi hingga habis.
5. Biarkan semalaman. Gula seharusnya sudah larut.
6. Jerang periuk atas api paling perlahan. Jangan kacau kuat, atau memadai goyangkan periuk (supaya buah tak hancur).
7. Bila semua gula larut, masukakn jus lemon.
8. Kuatkan api dan kacau sesekali hingga mendidih.
9. Pastikan ia mendidih selama 8 minit kemudian ketepikan dari api.
10.Sudukan sedikit atas piring sejuk, biar jem sejuk sebelum menggunakan jari (tolak jem). Jika permukaan jem 'berkulit' atau nampak berkedut, ia sudah siap.
11.Jika tidak, didihkan semula selama 3-4 minit. 'Test' sekali lagi dgn meletakkan sedikit ke atas piring sejuk.
12.Ketepikan dari api, masukkan 1 sudu teh mentega supaya 'serdak' di permukaan tiada. Biar jem selama 15 minit sebelum dituang ke dalam bekas kaca yg bersih & kering.

Tapai ku beli sebab yg makan ku sorang, hihi. X berbaloi nak buat. Jun ada resepi tapai yg best ker? Buat tapai byk pantang larang, kan? Muahhahahah.

Tapai ubi tak manis mungkin:
1) ubi yg direbus tak cukup empuk jadi ada bahagian yg masih 'keras' (ragi tak dapat 'bertindak' ke atasnya)
2) tak cukup ragi (ada bahagian yg tak kena ragi jadi dia macam ubi rebus aje)
3) setelah dibiar 8 jam lagi, ia terus berbuih & masam, menunjukkan yg ia sebenarnya bukan 'tak masak sgt' atau 'belum sampai masa' utk dimakan.

Ehh, ramai jugak, ya...peminat tapai. But I prefer tapai pulut compared to tapai ubi..

Menjawab soalan MAT GEBU:

Rempah beriani:
(goreng tanpa minyak hingga wangi, kisar halus)

5 cm kulit kayu manis
8 biji buah pelaga
1 biji buah pala
8-10 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 helai daun bay
5-6 keping mace (bahagian luar buah pala)
1 camb biji jemuju
1 kuntum bunga lawang

Hanya gunakan 2-3 camb untuk 1 kg beras Basmathi. Atau ikut sebanyak mana yg disukai.

kak lina..."mace' tu, macam "jaringan" yg yg menyaluti biji pala tu yeaa...rupa macam urat2 tu kan, kaler kemerah2han..mutut kaa?

Betul tu, mat tapi akak tak pernah tgk yg 'fresh'..yg dried ada jual dlm botol...! Mat pernah nampak pokok nyer tak? Maybe kat Penang ada la kut...

Kat rumah sedara mat di Pontian ada sepokok tumbuh tepi rumah dia...dan biji pala tu mat ada simpan byk, bila nak guna, ketuk tempurung dia then ambil biji pala tu, parut...Ishh rasa rugilah kak lina, mace dia tu mat buang saja dulu, sebab tatau apa nak buat....lain kali nak pi kutip dan simpanlah..
